Halo 3
Teams of 4 will compete in a double
elimination bracket. Free-for-all (FFA) matches will be played
before hand to determine seeding.
Guitar Hero 3 (side tournament)
Five songs will be chosen by Garage
Gaming to be competed on throughout the entire duration of the
event. Anyone may compete on any or all songs as many times as they
wish. The top score on each song will determine the winner.
Set-Up Details FFA will be player full screen. Teams will play split screen using two monitors until after the first round of the losers bracket. Guitar Hero 3 NO REFUNDS UNLESS TOURNAMENT CANCELLED On Sale at Event: TBA Surrounding Area Food: TBA Tournament Schedule Saturday, June 21 - Halo 3 and Guitar Hero 3 All Day - Guitar Hero Pre-8:50 AM - Equipment suppliers must be present 9:00 AM - Sign-in, Warm-up 10:00 AM - FFA Begins Post-FFA - 4v4 Play Begins Post-4v4 - Prizes, Free Play (dependant on time) 9:00 PM - Doors Close (at the latest) Important Side Notes Halo 3 FFA: Everyone will compete. One member from each team will play in each round with a total of 4 rounds. Points will be given based on placing. Each team members points will be added giving the team an overall score which will be used to determine their seed. Ties will be randomly broken. No washroom use on premises: The hosts will NOT be providing a washroom. There are many businesses in the surrounding area that will provide washroom use. Tournament rules will be posted clearly and must be followed: There will be a zero tolerance policy. |
