Garage Gaming uses a variety of displays for it's events.  Primarily, 18" to 22" CRT and LCD computer monitors are used with Xbox 360 games.  Xbox 360 VGA cables are used and games are played in widescreen when possible at a usual resolution of 1280 x 720.

Our Xbox 360 and Wii systems are supplied mostly by staff members.  For larger events, we may request volunteers to bring consoles.

We use a fairly random smattering of displays right now. For the most part, we play on 19" CRTs and 20 - 22" LCDs. All our displays are tested and suitable for gaming. Split screen is played on these displays comfortably because computer monitors allow players to sit close and offer a high resolution.

Smash Bros is played on TVs over 27" only.

Logitech S100.  These speakers and cheap and effective, offering an easy access headphone jack.  We provide headphone splitters for players on split screen. These speakers are wired directly into...

...Xbox 360 VGA cables. Plugged into our monitors, we play at a minimum resolution of 720 x 1280.

If you can make a contribution to of equipment (console, display of any kind, cables) please contact us at garagegaming@gmail.com .

If you volunteer your equipment for a Halo 3 tournament, you will need to bring: Xbox 360, power adapter cable, Halo 3 game disc, HDD with ALL Halo 3 updates and downloadable maps and space for 4 new user accounts.  Four accounts will be created on your system (Player 1, Player 2, etc).  Your system will also be loaded with new, official gametypes.  Your equipment will stay under Garage Gaming's control until the end of the final game of tournament play, at which point you can do with it as you wish.  You will need to show up AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to the start of sign-in / warm up.
